Set up in 2011 by Lord Beestonia and Prof J, The Beestonian started life as a single sheet of folded A3 clumsily put together when pretending to be doing work stuff.
Aiming to reflect the vibrant, often bizarre nature of this town, the magazine has since grown beyond recognition, making forays into film clubs, fundraising, campaigning, and even a movie.
The magazine is put together entirely by volunteers, and runs entirely on sponsorship and well-wishers. If you’d like to be one of these lovely people, then contact us here.
We are independent in all ways so if we say we like it, we really mean it.
You’ll find us in good Beeston coffee shops, pubs and other places we love.
